  A: Monday to Friday : 9am to 5pm, Saturday : 9am to 6pm

 

• Q: Do you offer bulk order?
  A: Yes, we do bulk order for events, parties, hotels and companies, fill out the contact form and tell us how much ice bags of you need, location, date, time. We will contact you! 

 

• Q: Where are the 26 Locations? 
  A: We have an ICEBOX at every Burger King Outlet.

 

• Q: Do you have a physical store location?
  A: Yes, 18 Hope Road, Kingston. 

 

• Q: Do we offer delivery?
  A: Use the Contact form, fill out the information and we'll get back to you with a cost, estimate delivery date.

 

• Q: How do I collect at Burger King?
  A: By presenting your receipt order # in the confirmation email from us.
