At Icemanja, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our ice products, our return and refund policy is structured with this in mind.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 1-hour return window after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The product must remain unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

The ice must be properly stored to prevent melting or contamination.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 1 hour at ralwebsitesjm@gmail.com if there is an issue.
Damages & Issues
If your order is damaged, partially melted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately upon delivery. Include photos and a detailed description so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution—whether a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at ralwebsitesjm@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to return your product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent or delivery to the original location of pick up.
Refunds
After reviewing your return request, we’ll notify you if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
